The Charter\u2019s three tiers need to be accessible, achievable and relatively straightforward to administer. They need to deliver outsized impact.<\/p>\n<p>With this in mind, our Communications team has been hard at work producing condensed guides to the first two tiers, Bronze and Silver, that will help regular members of staff (as opposed to Human Resource and Talent Acquisition professionals) grasp the <a href=\"https:\/\/fairchancealliance.co.uk\/index.php\/the-charter\/\">core principles of Fair Chance hiring and progression<\/a> from the ground up.
