She joins FCBA as Interim Head of Operations and Membership, and will <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">play a critical role in driving the growth, sustainability and impact of the Alliance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>Keith Jones<\/b>, who chairs FCBA&#8217;s Strategic Advisory Board, said: \u201cIt gives me great pleasure to welcome Kate to the Alliance.
