Having started her Civil Service career in the Prison and Probation Service, Lisa saw first-hand the\u00a0challenges that can be faced by people who have experienced disruption or setbacks in their\u00a0personal and working lives, and how these barriers can be both external (stigma from others) or internal (confidence and aspirations).
