What a brilliant afternoon we had yesterday at our Go Live event – a huge amount of energy and positivity in the room, and a significant step forward in realising the possibilities of the Alliance, not just for all those with criminal records and the employers who we can equip with the resources to do so much more, but also for all those interconnected families and communities.

As we continue providing the conditions and collaborations for purposeful work opportunities, we’re enabling talented people to fulfil their potential and put their pasts firmly behind them, whilst also adding value to businesses, the economy and society.
We now move on to growing the Alliance at scale and pace, increasing our membership, and together achieving outsized impact.
No one organisation can do this alone, so the amplifying effect of many is being brought to bear on this challenge – by deploying collective employer action we will be a force for good.
