We’re proud to introduce our first resources: Bronze and Silver Charter handbooks.
The serious task of creating a lasting movement for change requires the creation of serious resources. The Charter’s three tiers need to be accessible, achievable and relatively straightforward to administer. They need to deliver outsized impact.
With this in mind, our Communications team has been hard at work producing condensed guides to the first two tiers, Bronze and Silver, that will help regular members of staff (as opposed to Human Resource and Talent Acquisition professionals) grasp the core principles of Fair Chance hiring and progression from the ground up. These are now out for consultation with the piloting organisations and other friends and allies, and we’ll be publishing revised versions in the early summer based on their feedback.
A Gold handbook will follow later in the year.
